Why Appco Australia recognises extra effort made by staff
Recently, Appco Australia’s senior management team hosted a special team meeting to announce staff who have been nominated for or won an award as part of the company’s Employee Recognition Program. The initiative is designed to acknowledge the efforts of staff who have gone above and beyond for the company.
“We have a great team at Appco Australia and each member brings with them a unique skill set which contributes to the successes of our clients’ direct marketing campaigns. It takes a lot of time, effort and dedication to do this and these awards show our staff how much we appreciate them,” said CEO Perveen Virdee.
Staff members are nominated by their peers for various awards including innovation, leadership, substantial contribution, and teamwork. Not only does it make them feel appreciated for a job well done, it encourages the whole team to deliver their best work.
Team member Vaughan Patterson won the Innovation Award and said: “It’s a nice feeling knowing that my team is supportive of the work I am doing for the company and the campaigns we deliver for our clients.”
