Lifestart thanks Appco for Cook for Kids
Appco Australia staff and Independent Contractors representing Appco's clients held a number of events to raise funds on behalf of local Australian charity Lifestart.
The events held included a BBQ and cocktail party, as part of the charity’s annual Cook for Kids initiative.
This year Lifestart had over 45 registered events across New South Wales and Victoria, with the $38,000 raised to go towards the continued therapeutic support and programs for children and young people living with disability or delay.
Lifestart Communications and Marketing Manager, Alison Turner, thanked Appco for both their sponsorship of and involvement with the event.
“Lifestart would like to acknowledge everyone at Appco who were involved in Cook for Kids,” she said.
“On behalf of the children and young people who benefit, thank you for sharing a meal and your generosity.”
Appco Group Australia was the major corporate sponsor of the Cook for Kids event.
Lifestart is a not for profit organisation supporting children and young people 0-24 years living with disability or delay, their families and carers.
