Appco Group Prosales waterless car cleaning system FW1 was back on the racetrack as the category sponsor for Aussie Racing Cars Super Series.
Round three, saw racers in the Series return to the legendary Phillip Island Grand Prix track in Victoria, with a few new changes being introduced. The Aussie Racing Cars acquisition by VIP Pet Foods was officially announced, with Klark Quinn and Ken Collier on behalf of the Australian GT Series showing their support with their presence at the event.
Former V8 Supercar racing champion Jason Bargwanna was a guest driver for the FW1 Cleaning Wax car over the weekend, showing his fifteen years of experience in the V8 Series on the tracks. Jason also guest drove for the La Femme team, and gave generous support to the Category.
The FW1 Promotions team were on site and ran a very successful Facebook campaign offering free FW1 giveaways presented by the very beautiful FW1 promo girls.
Former 2012 Series Champion Kyle Clews took out 1st place, followed by Tyler Owen in 2nd, and Adrian Cottrell in 3rd. The Masters Cup went to Darren Chamberlin.
The FW1 Aussie Racing Cars are presently in the process of relocating their manufacturing businesses to the Gold Coast to align with the headquarters of the Australian GT Championship.
The exciting Series heads to Townsville for Round 4 in conjunction with the V8 Supercars on July 6-8, 2012, which shall be a great coup for the Prosales' FW1 brand.
